• We have eliminated unsolicited direct mail (junk mail) to our customers.
- In 2008, Ted Thorsen Material Handling Inc eliminated all production of paper flyers and marketing materials, opting instead to market, whenever possible, through electronic means.
- Also in 2008, Ted Thorsen Material Handling Inc reduced the print quantity of our catalog by more than 50% from previous years.
- We use an environmentally-conscious catalog printing company, certified to the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Chain of Custody Standard.
- We ask our customers to reuse or recycle our catalog after they no longer need it.
- In a further effort to decrease print & paper use, we now feature many of our products on our website: www.tedthorsen.com.

• We have opted for other means to "get our message out".
